Make a quick buck or two on the side? Need resellers

| Hello!
I have an unusual request so i think its best suited to resellers.
We are testing some programs as well as some SEO stuff so we need something like 30 shared webhosting accounts, nobody will be visiting these accounts but us.
-Space needed: 2mb (per account)
-bandwidth 1-2 gigs month (we will probably use 30-50mb max... but just incase i dont want our account to be suspended)
-We wont be putting any actual domains, we will use whatever domain/sub domain you give us
- We need every account to be on a separate server, so if you have 5 machines with 5 different ip addresses we will take 5 accounts.. we basically need unique IP addresses
- we need php and cgi access (no DB needed)
you may inspect all our scripts, we have nothing to hide
We promise: No spamming, you can turn off all mail functions and any redirect functions.
as no real sites will be hosted, we are not really bothered with high uptimes.
we will visit our scripts maybe 1-5 times a day, thats it.
We will be paying yearly, preferably by paypal. As you can see, its just for testing so we want this as CHEAP as possible, we have seen hosts for $9 a year, thats wayyy too much for our little experiment esp as we need so many accounts.

Your best bet would be to browse the host offers section and contact hosts directly with your requirements to get a positive response as hosting companies aren't allowed to advertise their services here.

thanks for replying.
I went there, but the details its asking is totally wrong for what i need (posted above)
perhaps hosters can PM me?
I am totally lost here and dont want to take the free webhosting route.
I just need to do some testing and wont bother anyone else or use much resources

for example if i wanted to scam people i could signup there for 30 days just to use the service and run, i can do that on a multitude of webhosters who offer their services here..
but i have no intention of scamming anyone or bothering anyone, come on guys... honest client here (although not rich) and can even provide references from other webhosters that i am currently using if you want.

Do you require unique IP addresses on a single server or unique IP addresses on multiple servers? Reason I ask is because you cannot run the latter using addon domains.
