What kind of error is this?

Looks like Config server firewall logs.

The CSF alerts should be logged to /var/log/messages. May be someone has configured to log FTP alerts of CSF to command prompt instead of /var/log/messages. You can find more details about same kind of issue in cPanel forum http://forums.cpanel.net/f185/seems-attack-261801.html

find these errors quite annoying and obstructing. does anyone know where i can redirect theese error msg to a different log than /var/log/messages which is where all the general errors are gathered therre aswell use rsyslog.conf
