How to speed up raid resync on the 2nd raid

root@localhost ~]# cat /proc/sys/dev/raid/speed_limit_min 100000 [root@localhost ~]# cat /proc/sys/dev/raid/speed_limit_max 200000 [root@localhost ~]# cat /proc/mdstat Personalities : [raid1] [raid0] md0 : active raid1 sda2[0] sdb2[1] 307136 blocks super 1.0 [2/2] [UU] md3 : active raid1 sdd1[1] sdc1[0] 2930133824 blocks super 1.1 [2/2] [UU] bitmap: 1/22 pages [4KB], 65536KB chunk md1 : active raid0 sda1[0] sdb1[1] 33553408 blocks super 1.1 512k chunks md2 : active raid1 sdb3[1] sda3[0] 2913049408 blocks super 1.1 [2/2] [UU] [==============>......] resync = 71.8% (2093099392/2913049408) finish=30471.1min speed=448K/sec bitmap: 9/22 pages [36KB], 65536KB chunk I already set the minimum to 100,000 but the issue is initially md3 and md2 is resync slow, after I set the speed ,md3 resync speed increase from 1000k/sec to 60000k/sec but md2 does not take the changes and still resync slowly , how do i faster its resync speed? Thanks
