Posted by Kusai, 08-18-2013, 11:37 PM Soo a new IP CIDR that we recently recieved ARIN was block on major ISP's. We started using it and a client constantly complained he can't access major ISP's, after changing couple of ip's we check and to our surprise the entire CIDR was block on yahoo aol hotmail verizon. Anyone else have experience on this issue and how to resolve it and get it unblocked ? P.S no, the ip's are not listed on any spam list or blaclist at all. Thanks
Posted by RyanSA, 08-19-2013, 09:26 AM Hi there, If the IPs aren't blacklisted, it's highly doubtful that they are blocked by major ISPs (other wise they would be listed with links to unblacklist them). As you are naming Email providers and not ISPs, I'd have to ask if you have SPF and DKIM properly configured? That's where I would look first. Check the full headers of the emails that are bouncing, as they will have verbose reasons for why a mail will not complete as desired. Please share more technical information with us for quicker service. Best of luck!
