Hello, please we need advice, here's our story We currently have a Dedicated at HG, Elite plan. Because we are not using it as it should be and prices we are looking for a good reseller but the problem is that we had setup some resellers too so, what do you recommend? Thank you.

So are you looking for a master reseller plan to move your current resellers that you have on the dedicated server? If so what kind of bandwith, diskspace & budget are you looking at.

Stay away from company's that offer master reseller, I can't think of one legit company that offers them. Why don't you downgrade to a VPS at HG, they are offering those now and I am sure they'd migrate you.

Totally agree with the above. although Downgrading to a Reseller from a Dedicated Server will be difficult and may hurt your clients. Why not just downgrade to a good quality low cost VPS? I could name some companies I highly Reccomend. UK OVZ/Xen VPS': Coeplic LTD < OVZ GBClients.co.uk < Xen US OVZ VPS': SuperBytes.net CA OVZ VPS': TinyVPS.ca UBHosting.net - David Scheme

Yes correct. I have around 150 normal accounts 5-6 resellers each with 10 accounts aprox. I currently use almost 300 disc space aprox too Bandwidth is 300 gigs

300gb disk space and 300gb transfer? You should stay on a dedi. If you mistyped that and it's 30gb disk space,300gb transfer, you should be fine on a vps.

thank you I will check

With that amount of diskspace then I would recommend you stay with a dedicated server, look into other dedicated providers like Hivelocity.net, they have very good costs.

If I were you I would go for the VPS. Reseller that is completely different web hosting solution

you said you're not using it as it should be but you're using 300gb space and 300gb bandwidth? that's using a dedicated server pretty well in terms of space, as others recommended, stay on the dedicated. You'll be much better off and the headache of migrating will be minimal as well. And a 150 accounts is a lot for a reseller account, may fit on VPS but the amount of disk space is still very high. Don't take unnecessary risks.

Did you manage to check? Check your current usage on the dedi, this will help you choose the next step for you.

Another vote for a VM or VPS, my vote is with Xen or similar for a true Virtual Machine.
