how resolve -bash: /sbin/reboot: Input/output error??

hello,
i have buy 4 servers from budgetvm.com with the following configuration:
E3 1270 v3
32GB RAM
4 * 1TB Raid0
these is problem with all the server.
when start servers and some times ago, the system go " file system read only!"
Budgetvm said that is Firmware problem , still cannot resolve it.
does anybody konw how to resolve this problem?
its 10 days ago, i am really need these servers URGENT!
please help!

You have bad harddrives or a screwed up RAID card.

I second this. Could possibly be both but the disks at the very least.

bad disk or file system is mounted read only.
in linux, to remount / do this:
mount -o remount,rw /

The fact it's RAID0 means you're in serious trouble.
You can't replace the bad drives w/o having to reinstall and lose all the data on there.

these is error:
mount -o remount,rw /
mount: cannot remount block device /dev/sda4 read-write, is write-protected

I think budgetvm.com can doing this only. i submited the ticket many times , these is nothing reply.
every ticket only reply(many times): "We have escalated this issue to the appropriate support level and they will be in contact with you as soon as possible with an update."
I can not do anything。
