| my cpanel softaculous was working fine but suddenly it's show me below error i asked with my hosting provide they said " IonCube is enabled. " i don't know how enable this anyone here knows how to fix this issure
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.4.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel.

| Whm's php doesn't have ioncube enabled. Show them proof and ask them to fix it.

| Contact your hosting provider and ask them to confirm if they have PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.4.so working on server.
As per my knowledge, your hosts should have updated or made any changes at server end and the version on server should be different from the required version.
Let your host know the error you are getting so that they can investigate in right direction.

| Also make sure that
cPanels backend ioncube loader (WHM > Tweak settings > Loader to use for internal cPanel PHP ) is enabled.

| Is it installed on your own Server or you are using a Shared Host?
If you are sure that ioncube was enabled previously, then go to tweak settings, uncheck iocube and click save. Then again go to Tweak Settings, then again Mark check to ioncube loader and then hit save.
It will work fine.

| When you say they don't support you, have you submitted a ticket with them and they have responded? If so, post up the convo so we can check you have asked for the correct things

| Seeing as you sound to be on a shared/reseller hosting account, it's up to your provider to get this fixed. Nothing you can do other than ask them to fix it. Getting Softaculous to operate properly really isn't hard. It takes 2-5 minutes work. If your provider are not able to achieve this, that's very concerning.
