RVSiteBuilder alternative for Reseller Hosting

Need some help and I hope this is the right section. I have reseller hosting from a East Coast based Hosting Provider and am extremely happy with their services. One of my shared clients requires a WYSIWYG web editor to design a basic site via cPanel, but my host does not provide RVSiteBuilder. I've offered to design the site for my client, but they want to do it themselves. Is there any good alternative (preferably free) to RvSiteBuilder that I can integrate into cPanel or something that can be installed under the main domain for this client's shared account which will work with cPanel? This client will use only the domain that their shared account was setup with, no addon domains required. Any input will be much appreciated. Edit: Forgot to add that the website this client wants to create is just a regular HTML one, no database required

Under The Fantastico Script Installer there use to be something like your looking for. Not sure if all the cPanels have them. Also your client may want to look into coffee cup programs. They do have a free version (WYSWYG) that is very user friendly. They can use that and then upload.

Ran a Google search for you a cPanel Addon that popped up was "Site Builder CX" it is a cPanel Addon. Not sure on quality or anything but was a cPanel Addon I saw. If the legacy file manager is included then I believe that offers an online editor. I believe it is only text and doesn't offer helpful buttons. So I would have to agree with ninak that a free WYSWYG would probably be one of your clients best bets.

Thank you both very much for the help. "Site Builder CX" looks pretty good, but I found what ninak was talking about. In the Fantastico Script Installer, there is a site builder called "Soholaunch" available. I'll give that a try. Thanks again.
