Hello everyone.
Someone can help ?
I have reseller hosting account with some server.
** Unlimited disk space and bandwidth ***
They said I can provide unlimited host for my clients.
40 Clients migration for free.
And they will charge me $3 each for 24 last clients.
I ready to paid for 10 clients and will renew my account for a year.
They not happy and sent me this :
==========
"Based on an audit your account is using more then the fair usage policy provides. If you would like to continue to add accounts you will need to add semi-server which is $19.99/month added to your plan. Please advise."
"Semi-server is $239.99/yr + $130.00 for your existing plan + $30.00 for migration Please advise how we should proceed."
===========
*** And very very bad, They disable backup option in cpanel ***
I ask they :
=====
My plan are unlimited disk space and bandwidth.
Why you say "using more then the fair usage policy provides" ?
And why you disable backup icon in cPanel ?
They answer me :
======
We will enable backups shortly.
There is a fair use policy that prevents a single user from consuming or overloading the server.
This is 24 hr passed they not yet enable backup option.
And said :
======
I am keeping this ticket open for our concerned staff to update you further regarding the backups option.
Someone can suggest to get my client back with backup file?
My client is very important.
Thanks,

That is a weird subject :-)
But there is no unlimited space and bandwidth. You should know that.
Only your provider can help with your backup now.

Even though I'm a vocal proponent of "unlimited plans" (we don't actually provide them, I just think they get an unfair rap), unless you're paying almost as much as the server you're on would cost, there's absolutely no sane way a host can give you an unlimited reseller account.
Even the really big dogs (Hostgator et al) who could afford to eat a few really large resellers to chomp up all the smaller ones too... they all limit their reseller accounts. Simply put, "one size fits all" works for shared hosting if it's done right, because most websites outgrow shared hosting in general around the time they outgrow their unlimited account. Resellers can just keep stacking more clients on - there is no "average use" for a reseller account, and thus there's no way "unlimited" can work for them.
Run, run away from anyone offering Unlimited plans on reseller accounts.

Who is you host? I would be interested in looking at their TOS...
