ok lol well i got the nameserver thing figured out now heres part 2 where in the FTP should i upload/install WHMCS

upload it to your public_html. Also, I'd recommend to renaming it to something like "clients" or "clientarea". Good luck!

Let's hope he might assign a technical person to support his clients. Otherwise his provider might be offering End User Support.

ok first off u guys dont gotta hate and the only reason why i asked is cause when i installed it i kept getting a 404 error and this is why i posted here so ease up

I doubt it or OP would have asked his provider rather than post here. Maybe OP should use a provider that offers End User Support instead.
You can't always rely on WHT.
