EZPZHosting Down?

Posted by lksoh, 03-11-2011, 04:48 AM
Hi, anybody else on US6 server of EZPZHosting? I have a reseller account there but it seems all my databases are down for the whole day, the server's /var/tmp are filled. First the webmail went down, next my WHMCS couldn't be accessed and then all my client's database site couldn't be accessed too. I tried to open a ticket with them but there was no response, live help has been down the whole day.

Same. Are you on US6? Their support seems to be unreachable. Dan actually promised me that this problem won't occur anymore but eventually it did. Let's just wait. Last edited by Faris Aziz; 03-11-2011 at 04:58 AM.

I'm in the UK.....everything's fine for me. How long since you put the ticket in because they're normally very responsive.

He is probably talking about the specific US6 server?

I wonder how long you have been waiting for the response from them?

Yes I am on US6 and its the one with problems. I noticed this roughly 6 hours ago and put in a ticket but I think the problem could have been longer. I am in Malaysia and its critical because its day time here an thats when my client will build their sites and place orders. Before this their support responded in less than 1 hour and their live help was almost always there thats why I signed up in the first place.

Did they have the server US6 listed on their server status page before? https://clients.ezpzhosting.co.uk/server-status/

I have pm-ed Dan here too but there were no respond. Its not listed on the status page, I don't know why. The server is up its just that some services are not working due to var/tmp being full, HTML pages works fine.
