Idologic Opinions From Customers

| I'm interested in trying out Idologic. While often mentioned as a good hosts, most of the reviews are older.
Are there any current or recent Idologic customers out there who might offer up an opinion of the service, reliability and support.

| I'm not sure how many clients of ours are on WHT as we mostly get word of mouth referrals.
You could however post on our forums (forums.idologic.com) if you'd like.

| Well, sometimes the best thing to do is a test. So far, two trouble tickets—just setup stuff no real problems—and two detailed, friendly and helpful replies. I'll post back with a full review in a few weeks.

| Hi,
I happened to find this well after the original posts above.
I've been with Idologic for several years, and very highly recommend them. Beyond geekie details, I think it's useful to say that I've used a lot of hosts, and fired them one by one. :-) [I'm hearing anecdotally that one host I left, Site5, is actually very good now] I've been with Idologic for the longest time I've been with any host.
Support has been very fast, and very helpful. I have lots of Wordpress sites, and also make heavy use of MODx. Reliability has been excellent. I am using their shared hosting, btw.

I have been with Idologic for well over 5 years having multiple reseller accounts and 2 dedicated servers.
Look no further.... I am 100% satisfied with their service.
Fast and friendly support - always going the extra mile...
Prior to going with Idologic I had used a handful of other providers, no-one comes close in terms of support.
I have not written on this forum for quite sometime, but was looking something up... and saw this thread and am happy to share my peace of mind.

| The best way to test any host to signup and test it by yourself placing your few domains and check the uptime and server loads with the support ticket response. It is better to invest for a month and if you don't like the services you can always avail 30days month back option
