I need reseller plan for European market (server in europe).
Space 10-25 GB
Transfer 300-500 GB
WHM, CPANEL PHP5+ MYSQL5+
Price CAN NOT BE HIGHER than 20$ per month.
Is there something for me?

| Not too sure what you are getting at but I guess it wouldn't be too polite to say that to someone who is trying to help you. When I mentioned "sufficient", it meant your budget was enough to the extent you could even have leftovers.
You would have to be much more detailed in your description of what you require instead of just "something more and better". If you are referring to the amount of resources you are allocated, it would be unreasonable to expect 100GB/1000GB of resources (diskspace/bandwidth respectively) for $5.00/month. In most cases, you would be compromising on quality by going for quantity.
Otherwise, additional tools such as backup services, free domain, end-user support, etc could be basically what you are looking at. You would have to mention what you need obviously.

I do not need that amount of space and transfer so there is no need to pay 20 $ if there is something smaller and cheaper but with quality.
Your service hoststellar is almost in this rang what I wish to find. At this moment I pay a lot of money for little space and bandwith. You are cheaper and you have nice ping for europe.

I believe HostDime UK could match all your requirements except for the fact that their costs are higher after conversion to USD. They are a reputable host around here though.
Some hosting providers do include WHMCS as their offerings which will be costlier than going for a host that doesn't include WHMCS in their packages. If it helps, you can always purchase an additional license separately from LicensePal.com.
