hello friends,
i have decided to start a web hosting business and found out resellerclub is useful and i signed up with that and i have submitted the payment through net-banking yesterday evening. i have got the confirmation email too. but when i login in reseller login section, i still see the same page asking to deposit money
Please help me..

It seems like they haven't updated your payment in their billing system. I think this is something you need to check with their Billing Team. Did you contacted them?

i tried to contact them through their chat system, but they are offline..
i don't have their billing team contact information.. please provide me you if you have anything..

You can submit a support ticket with their billing department.

Have you called the support number also. This company may have 24/7 support. But billing might be Monday thru Friday. I would call them.

I think it take time to update if you pay anything other than PayPal/Credit Card, and billing department is not 24/7.

keep trying to contact them, submit a ticket, but livechat wont help at all, all they will do is tell you to ask billing

Probably their billing staff not available on Sundays, so contact them tomorrow in business hours.

That looks like the best option to get in touch with the company.
In any case i assume they will put those $99 on your deposit.

This doesn't comes up for me, this comes up with Enom, they ask to submit $100.

This $99 is not an activation fee. It's usable deposit.

Anyone reselling Enom services has to put up the usable deposit. You set your own limit as to when you need a warning to refill your account.
