Are you looking for linux reseller or windows reseller? I'm not sure if any hosts provide windows reseller with end user support. End user support is usually available with cpanel reseller where the amount of support is little and doesn't require extensive knowledge like windows hosting.

I think that first of all you need to start your search from the offers section and then having 2-3 names do some search for their testimonials.
