Are you the server administrator or just a user, either reseller or end user? If you are a reseller or end user, you will need to contact your host to do this for you. If you have root access, you can use EasyApache to recompile it to your needs.

Thank,
I'm user only and i'm going to take your conseil.
I have not root access and not EasyApache. Last solution, i contact my host.
But i don't know if this 3 settings is good for my host security (security issue is not garantie after this setting)?
Thank for your answer

Yes you will have to contact your host.

Enabling those options won't guarantee that the server / website wont be compromised but it does increase the security level. So enabling them is recommended but you should also regularly update the applications installed on your website, set strong password and scan your local computer regularly.

I think VPS is the best solution for you.

Seems like odd requirements and your host us very unlikely to accommodate this request for a shared environment and if they do, you should move anyway as that's a bad sign.
I think the question you should be asking is why these are even requirements rather than making the application compatible.
