I have seen these logs from suPHP logs with this command tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/suphp_log I would like to know what is this? also timthumb.php is updated

| Just php files executing.
Instead of timthumb, generally adding custom sizes to wordpress is preferred except in some cases where you only need the sizes temporarily or are dynamically sizing something.

| When ever a php file is executed by suphp handler, it will write such an infomational message to the log file. This is not an error or warning. It is just a info message.
