| So basically you are looking for a web host that offers end user support, although its very rare, godaddy is not the only company offering those types of services.

| Ezpz and innohosting offer what you need. You should not signup with godaddy.com for hosting plans because you can see a lot of negative reviews about them at WHT. Their domains services are ok

| Im doing pretty good thanks, for asking. Unfortunately I cant really recommend to you companies that I have used or had first had experiences with (its against wht policy), but if you do some digging Im sure you will have no problems finding the companies I am referring to. In regards to your second question, through the years I have had various experiences with Godaddy web hosting. Apart from the servers at godaddy always being incredibly slow/overcrowded (due to overselling), I think the two major problems with Godaddy are 1.) security (thier servers are always poorly managed, which leads to constant hacking of their systems. 2.) People have become very familiar with godaddy web hosting and what comes with it, if you plan on becoming a reseller it might become difficult for you to resell their products because people will be aware that you are a godaddy reseller.
Anyway, just my two cents. Either way, best of luck!

| you should check out the reseller offers forum located at the bottom of the wht homepage. don't get me wrong godaddy us best for domains but not for Hosting as said above they oversell and don't manage there servers good. there are many other providers that offer everything you need such as billing script, end user support and other features for a great monthly price or yearly.

| It looks promising and I have been on GoDaddy before and they are quite good. However I am not sure what the support time for them is. I would look in to other ones as well, SimpexWebs has a support time of 5-10 minutes within business hours and Hostgator are quite good with support as well. So I would look around at other hosts first and then choose which one you think is best.

| Yep, and getting stuck when they wanted to pull out because the rules of GD apparently disenfranchised them of their very own business. For these and other reasons I wouldn't want to touch GD with a long pole (anymore). Even for domain registration there are far more better providers with real & personal support.

| GD doesn't allow you to transfer or sell your clients. So you are stuck, as you put it. Speaking of being stuck, they are the only host that automatically absorbs clients when the reseller goes belly up. I know, everybody wouldn't leave their clients high and dry - that's why there are threads on this forum concerning that very thing. My point is that for a turn-key reseller account that apparently makes people money, GD is an option.
I also know that this forum is full of resellers that thrash GD, 1and1, and Yahoo. The fact is they work well for many, many people. Different strokes for different folks.

| Use a proper company....not a clown, a kiddie host, or some huge mass market outfit.
HawkHost, MDDHosting, EZPZHosting, StableHost, Innohosting.....any of those will get the job done!
