MSSQL Server and Guest Access -Shared hosting server
Posted by SAHostKing, 02-09-2015, 12:52 PM |
Hi,
Currently we have a SQL Shared Hosting server with 2012 on.
Now if we add 10 databases to different accounts.
Then we connect via SQL Management studio we can only access that database that it is assigned to but we can see all others on the shared server?
Any way to hide all other client databases and have the client only view there own. Is this due to the guest user being there?

Connect with SQL studio and click on "security"- (left tab) and add users, assign passwords and database
