| Any disk space, any bandwidth, and any location, but just need low price, because people here is hardly to spend more than $10 a month.

| why dont you look for a company who wont charge you for initial reseller account but allows you to order as and when you sell one to your clients. Also you could ask a company to provide the 3rd party support on a pay as you go basis to keep your prices down. You dont know if they will or wont unless you ask.

| Then you must have selective reading issues.
We are not one of the largest VPS providers in the industry, possibly the largest at this point, because we provide poor service.
