| Can you recommend a host with
- overselling enabled
- cPanel, WHM
- Fantastico and/or Softaculous
- Whitelabel Servers (Server hostname and RDNS does not trace back)
- unlimited cpanel accounts, and around 15 reseller accounts
- RvSiteBuilder Pro
- Great uptime and support
- WHMCS included
My budget is $25 - $28 per month

| EZPZhosting is definetely a good choice for it and everyone should agree to it. Alternatively try looking at innohosting.

| Will you definitely require a "master reseller" plan?
IMHO all these "master reseller", "alpha reseller", etc are not too reliable and may cause issues in the long run as we can always see in WHT.
From experience I can say that traditional reseller hosting is still the most stable and reliable platform.

| I agree, EZPZhosting would be the definite choice for your needs. If not compare the costs between Innohosting and EZPZhosting before hand to get a quote.

| You will have to get a dedicated or vps because most hosting companies do not allow resellers to offer reselling hosting.

| ALL? - Lately I have been seeing a lot of companies maintaining great service while offering alpha/master rights. For example EZPZHosting and SemoWeb.
I can say most complains arise from companies offering unmetered/unlimited alpha/master reseller hosting

| I'd suggest EZPZ to get started and then maybe look at upgrading to a nice VPS or even a low-end dedicated box if business allows.

| I wouldn't say that maintaining the quality of a Master Reseller service is all too difficult. Perhaps when you have providers offering this service at next to nothing with them needing to overload the servers just to break even or profit, but when done right and managed properly there is no problem
