| I've been involved with web hosting for about 2-3 years or so. Over the years, I've worked with a lot of hosting companies.
I've got a reseller hosting plan from RLSHosting.
I was leaving my last hosting provider as they couldn't handle one of my website's load and one of my friend recommended RLSHosting.com. The current one wasn't the cheapest solution out there and I figured I could find a better deal else where. I set out on my search for a new host with better plans at an affordable price. I also needed better support.
I searched on here first, as I trust the reviews on here a lot better than what's on the internet.
They offered everything I was looking for. A great value for my money, and they could handle my website really well compared to all the other providers out there who asked me to upgrade to a better plan.
Overselling is enabled by default , and WHMPHP plugin is used to provide master reseller permissions too...
In the past 6 months I've had problem only once which was an outage and was sorted soon.
Support has been excellent. I've had to raise a support ticket for few things which was not in the actual term plans, and they did help me out a lot to resolve all of them. tickets have always been answered in minutes from the few times I've had to use them. Support is fast and friendly.
I would recommend RLSHosting.com to anybody. The service and support has been great and I look forward to continuing my working relationship with them.
