i have a reseller hosting package and recently, all new cpanels i create do not resolve to domains even tho i am using the correct nameservers. it seems like the cpanels are not being added to the dns server when created in whm. Can anyone offer advice ?

It's so simply: ask your provider/seller.

Is this something that has been happening suddenly without any changes on your side? How do you have things set up? Do you have access to the DNS zone editor? If so have a look in there to make sure the DNS zone is all correctly set up for the domains being created.

Hi There,
Do existing sites resolve already? What has your host said to you?

yes the existing sites resolve as always, its just the new ones. they say that all is fine with them and if i use the correct nameservers it will resolve, they have hundreds of websites using those nameservers. they being really difficult!

Could this be just the DNS propagation that didn't complete yet? Does your host have DNS clusters setup that didn't synchronize the newly added domains correctly?
An accurate way to find out what's wrong is to run a DNS zone check at http://www.leafdns.com or http://www.intodns.com . These websites should be able to detect any DNS issues and provide you with a solution or suggestion.
