My 7 year review of ResllerZoom

I think my last review about ResellerZoom was back in 2005-2006. Anyway, I have a reseller account with them, always have from day one. The service I receive is excellent, in all these years I think I have only had maybe 3-4 problems. Anytime I have ever had an issue, I submit a ticket and it gets answered right away and the problem is always resolved immediately. I've never had to wait. (If you any you RZ people read this, keep up the good work!) There really isn't a whole lot to say except I hope things continue to be as great as they have been all of this time. I can only hope ResllerZoom keeps doing what they're doing, because I wouldn't want to go with any other company. Thanks! Last edited by beast6228; 03-07-2013 at 10:07 AM.

This is why I signed up for ResellerZoom - because of the positive reviews and all I got was long ticket wait times. I had to post here on WebHostingTalk for them to address my ticket. I'm glad everything is working out for you though. I wish it would've worked out for me that way. I guess it's the luck of the draw.
