Hi,
Had a rather big issue with my PHP, that brought my ticket system offline, decided to get the server managed by touch support, within 30 mins of ordering, the issue was fixed, and I was able to get back to doing support work.
Kayako's support was no use to me what so ever, took them 12 hours to read a php info file.
Without TS, i'd be completely lost, they saved me last month, they saved me again. Looks like i'll be managing all my servers with them at this rate.
So if your looking for server management, look no further than TS.
To sum it up in one word - AMAZING.

glad you had good experiences with them, support staff is usually at the top of most hosts problem lists.

I recently seen an ad on the top of the forum about the Touch Support cpanel + fantastico for $43 and jumped right on it. Had a few email exchanges with them and they are very polite and professional as well as fast. After I ordered, got the routine welcome emails. A short while after I was notified via personal email , not automated email telling me when my licence would be ready, and another when it was. Same on fantastico. So I was very pleased with the personal touch and them going out of the way to notify me on things. Not many places do that and rely completely on automation.
Touch Support seems to be a very prompt and personal service and I look forward to doing other business transactions in the future with them.
