However, within our industry, customer service is critical. In fact, it is everything. Probably the back bone of our industry. I had been with total server solutions for over 2 years now and what a stay an association it had been!There wasn't a time throughout my association with them wherein, I had to wait for more than 30 mins for any kind query, whether big or small. With an unparalleled support, immense dedication to customers, an approachability that is hard to find in this industry and a level of dedication unsurpassed in this sector, total server solutions has proven itself to be an undisputed stalwart when it comes to handling customers well. The fact that my problems are so expertly, adeptly and immediately responded to along with the fact that the administration staff or the moderators of the support forum are always online just show the immaculate and intense focus they show on customer support. They understand the importance a customer has and have never let success get to their head. Always on, always smiling, always willing to help, it is nothing short of a little more than reassurance, for lack of a better word. They fight the tirade of spam while I sleep, they dutifully answer all my apparently dumb support tickets so patiently, the fact they had always been there for me when I needed them, speaks volumes about their dedication, focus and excellent approach to their business, not withstanding the tremendous amount of respect they give to each and every customer. In an industry wherein more customers would have certainly led to growth and a lax in the customer support function, total solutions never fails to surprise me with their unwavering support and fanatic service. I would like to express my special thanks to Kamihacker - for being always on, probably better than my own Internet connection, Jpolivera for being ever so patient with the irritably nosy person that I am, Gus for being there for me, the admins ( eth00, Garys and Carlos ) for their unflinching support and approachability. These guys deserve kudos for the kind of value they provide for their organization. I would like to proffer my heartfelt thanks to all that they had done for me and to let them know that my business runs only because you had been there when we needed you. keep up the great job.
