Is webhostingbuz a namecheap company?

Does anyone know if webhostingbuz is a namecheap company?
The reason I ask is we are looking to move our reseller account to a new host, one of the wp plugins that we use a lot for creating sites runs really slow on hostgator, I spoke to the developer and they recommended namecheap hosting, while checking out namecheap on WHT I came across webhostingbuz which it appeared was a namecheap company, there costs are a little more competitive so I signed up for a reseller account with them.
I installed the WP plugin and sure enough it was much faster.
BUT I then took them up on their free migration service, its been a nightmare, the tec I spoke to said it would take approx 5hrs to transfer and it should be done within 24hrs at the outside, it was 2 days before they started, then day 3 I finally received a email to say the transfer was complete and to check the sites, at least 10 of the sites have errors and are not up, some basic stuff like missing pages etc that would have been obvious if the tec doing the migration had done a quick check.
This doesnt exactly instill confidence, so the reason for my question Is webhostingbuz a namecheap company? is if they are then I will of course avoid namecheap hosting also.
any info would be much appreciated

The CEO of WebHostingBuzz deals with the hosting side of the business at Namecheap.
Namecheap are great so I suspect WebHostingBuzz to be the same.
The connection is this very nice man: http://www.linkedin.com/in/mattdrussell

Thanks David, I did speak to Matt when I was researching and to be fair things seem to be coming together on the migration now, a lot of the issues were due to older scripts, Im still waiting for some of the issues to be resolved so fingers crossed.
And to be fair the speed and load time are fantastic compared to HG also the live chat support is also very quick, I was just getting seriously concerned with the migration, information was vague and slow.
Im hoping everything works out and hope to be with them for many years to come, very very impressed with everything else.

It's usually webmaster's responsibility to check websites after transfer.
If there is issue, you can contact technical support for assistance.
Cpanel transfer everything but there might be issue when new server uses different PHP version.
