Reseller host EU servers, WHOIS protection, cheap

Hello!
I'm looking for a reseller account with a feature that normally is not listed.
In my country (Spain), there's some people who uses the WHOIS information to do identity theft, so it's really important for me and my customers to have this feature available for free.
So, there's the features I need:
- WHOIS protection for free
- European servers
- Unlimited accounts
- 50-100GB storage
- 500-1000GB bandwidth
- cPanel
- Unlimited IMAP and webmail
- Dedicated IP
- Around $20/mo
Optional but would be great:
- Free SSL
- Domain reseller
Don't care about billing software.
Any suggestion?
Thanks!

Do you already have a domain for this or do you want to register a new domain with the Reseller Provider?

WHOIS protection is an issue related to the domain registrar you/your clients choose for your/their domains. This isn't something that can be provided by a typical shared reseller account.

Already have a domain to transfer. Will need to register new ones for new customers obviously.

Well, my provider (in this case Eleven2) is asking $25 per year for the WHOIS protection.
The domain registrar is Eleven2.

That was our old pricing. WHOIS protection has been lowered to $10/year.

Good to know!
But why not free? Almost all registrars offer this feature for free!

If you're happy with Eleven2 why not just register/transfer domains to a third party registrar? For example, NameCheap offers whois protection from $1.6 - $3/yr. Several domain reseller programs still include whois protection at no additional charge (Resell.biz, NetEarthOne, etc.) and some charge a nominal fee (ResellerClub, Enom).

That's what I want to to with my customers domains.
But as a reseller, Eleven2 asks me for 1 domain with them at least right? Or I'm wrong?
Thanks!

You can have your domains registered anywhere and still have hosting with us.

You would need to check with them to be sure, but I doubt they require that any domains be registered with them directly. The only thing you would forfeit would be a "free" domain along with your package (if that's something they offer). I always keep domains and hosting separate, no host I've every used has had a problem with that.
Edit: Eleven2 confirmed as I was posting, they type fast.

Domains: Namecheap
I think Site5 also has EU reseller. (They have LOTS of datacenter locations.)

Thanks to all for your help.
I thought I had to keep at least 1 domain with them, so, finally, I will keep my hosting on Eleven2, as I'm really happy with them, but I will use Namecheap for all my domains.
Thanks!!!
