Looking for Server Management..

I have heard, of Platinum Server Management, but I have seen mixed reviews on this forum. I am looking for recommendations, and/or your experience with platinum server management. A link to other management providers will be appreciated, along with a review of them if you have used them. Found a great deal on another server I would like to purchase, but it comes unmanaged, so I am looking for a good server manager. Thanks.

can you elaborate more on your needs, do you ONLY need server management or are you looking for management + some customer support and maybe monitoring?

PlatinumServerManagement is the way to go. They will monitor your server around the clock and if it happens to go down they will contact your datacenter to have it rebooted, you will also get an email letting you know your server was down and they have attempted to reboot it. All of their techs are USA based and run around the clock, they are very helpful and always willing to work the extra mile for your smile. Platinum Server Management is also a member of the NJ BBB and have been in business for more than 7 years!!!

let me tell you amaZe, they are amazing! you wont find a better server management company than psm and you wont find any one with better or more reviews here than them.

Right PSM At first they was great responses in 5-10 mins then as i was with them longer responses got longer and longer and then when i asked about there company employees etc they got abit rude but i may be wrong but if there registered isnt that public infomation : There qualifications and locations and if they could provide certificates of the qualified techs etc But i suppose there ok could say i would reccomend them

Rentaservltd, It may be within their policies that they could not reveal much details and when we sign up with them we are automatically agreeing to those conditions.

I have checked through each and every ticket that you have submitted to us (both accounts you had) and I can not find any one where you asked anything about our company or any response from us that was rude. Mind sharing a ticket number where this took place? However, I did find where you threatened a chargeback dispute for an automatic payment paypal sent us even after we said we're refunding it, I also see where you yelled and cursed at us, and I even also see where the account you resold cursed at us and insulted us too, plus you continued to use our service even after all of this. So I find it ironic that "you" are calling "us" rude. If you wish to dispute this, I will have no choice but to paste all of the proof here. If you weren't satisfied with our service, then I doubt you would've continued to use our service for 6 months, and become a reseller and even resold our service to one of your customers. Overall the bottom line as you said, you would recommend us, and I appreciate the recommendation. Thanks for your comments. Since I can't find any tickets from him ever asking anything about our company, I don't know what he is talking about, but our About Us page has just about every pertinent information possible about our company, employees, and establishment.
