TurnKey Internet Review - Not Good

| I have a reseller account with TurnKey since March and it seemed ok but now we are having a bad experience with them.
Our problem at the moment is that any wordpress sites wont update when a customer or us tries to update or install plugins is just sits there saying connecting. Nothing we did its all cpanel installed and they were working. So when we looked for support they told us
Now we have two other servers one at HG and had no issues with WP so I pointed this out but still no good.
And the email ended
That I find a bit insulting.
On July 14 the server was down for at least seven hours.
Took them five hour to respond to our ticket.
And now today the sites on that server are running very slow and the same issues exist with wordpress installations. One customer is unable to get his email we are not even going to try and get support on this just going to move the sites to our HG server.
So that's my experience with turnkey we have lost money as a result in that we still have eight months paid for but I have to move my customers sites as I like to sleep at night and not spend all my time on tickets
Any suggestions as to what to do with the eight months hosting space

| skaman, that support response is just about how I remember them, LOL. They typically prefer that you really spell everything out for them before they offer any assistance. Were you getting anything in the error logs?

| So moving forward, then, perhaps a monthly payment arrangement would allow you better economics if you have to pivot your supplier(s) to maintain quality in the future, which I'm sure is your utmost priority for your clients, right?

| That seems to be the only way
If I find someone good I will let people know
I would prefer a reseller account hosted on a server in Iceland, Norway, Sweden or Germany in that order of preference. If anyone knows of a good one let me know. They have cleaner electricity and that is an important factor for us. But quality of service is the main thing.

| I'm not sure about http://www.greengeeks.com/ but they look fast and they produce 300% more energy than they use. If green is important to you, you might check them out.
