| Is this for a startup or existing client base? What about the platform you're looking for? cPanel?
Depending on the amount of customers and your needs you may fair better with your own private environment (Ie: Cloud) so you have full control and customization over the server instead of that of a shared reseller plan.

| Loads of providers out there with different features and costs. There's no such thing as the best as everyone is unique. But I recommend crocweb as I've used them in the past. Great support and service.

| Well resellerclub supersite will offer you a ready made inbuilt theme and you can customize it to a particular extent. Whatever you do do not buy hosting from resellerclub though

| There are some companies which are providing website themes for their resellers to use. Such as ResellerPanel.com and HostGator also maybe. But I personally don't like their pricing.
By the way, there are lot of companies providing so much features with reseller plans, and you will just need to spend $15 to $30 for purchasing a simple web hosting template for your website.

| I would say their domain service is very reliable. The only downside however is the fact that it can be a pain to setup the supersite and there are a lot of functions which can be confusing.

| I believe that RellerPanel.biz is what you are looking for. No set up fees, no pre-pay, and they give you a choice of pre-made sites, and they give you the tools and plug-ins to build your own site, this includes Wordpress themes that you can host yourself.

| Just don't forget that if you are not experienced enough in reseller business, you can also join any good affiliate program offered by web hosts - it will help you to earn money online and also get good experience.
