Hi All, After a cheap cpanel reseller, needs to be one that allows cpanel transfers! Unless anyone has some space free on their server for cheap ? haha

Do you have a geographic location in mind? What kind of budget are you working with? It will help with recommendations.

Resellers can't do transfers at all on cPanel. Only the main webhost can, there is a script which allows hosts to transfer your reseller over though. Cheap resellers aren't reliable though, so you will expect downtime or a reseller which closes shop due to not being able to pay their bills. If your looking for an affordable reseller I recommend CrocWeb.

try resellerzoom.com used to be good, some users experience some issues, but still cheap as you required.

As mentioned above, what is your budget? What kind of features are you looking for?

There are a few reseller providers here on WHT that are very good at providing reseller services you may want to check them out they tend to post great offers and deals in the offers forum here on WHT. May I ask what's your budget and location that you need. This is the minimum information you should share with us so we can point you in the right direction. Also be sure to read reviews or anything you can about the host before signing up with them you don't want to get cough up with a horrible host.. A great reseller plan is HostDime lately I've been reading up on them and I see that if you pay what they ask for then you'll be in great hands and won't have to really worry about anything other than maintaining your site and paying your hosting invoice on time

edwardw, how cheap is cheap to you $5, $10, $15, etc. Reliable low cost packages are available, just don't expect too much disk/bw to be offered.

A good host will do the transfers for you. Maybe for a small fee, but probably for free to earn your business.

Most reputable reseller hosting providers will offer a migration as a courtesy. Simply contact their pre-sales department before purchasing to ensure that this is the case.

Well, to find a good reseller package with cPanel, search under offers section here at WHT. I am sure you will get a deal. If any queries, you can ask the provider itself as a pre-sales query.

Thank you for the recommendation. I think you'll find many of the issues reported have been resolved in the last couple of months.

Most of them allow cPanel transfers.. it would be good if you could define your "cheap cpanel reseller" with requirements, fellow members will be able to guide you.

Sorry for the delay guys Im in the UK, but dont mind server location! I pay $30 us to turnkey at the moment, and get 10gb space/100gb bw, this is on a VPS, and i feel i need more space now. I note TMZVPS have some good priced products, any positive reviews for these guys? I will review all suggestions above too! Thanks Last edited by edwardw; 01-12-2014 at 04:06 PM.

Almost all of hosting providers transfer your site for free. It is not a big task for server administrator. Transferring whole site is just a few clicks for him. But for reseller it is quite big task, if you have alot of data in your old host.

Would you prefer to stick with VPS or make the move to reseller hosting? $15 - $20/mo will get you a reseller from a solid provider, but it's hard to move from the control offered by VPS back to the limits of shared hosting.

You can also check for a good VPS and install cPanel on it. Good luck
