| PSM site is down?
I can't connect to http://www.platinumservermanagement.com
it shows 404 not found?
is the site down?

| Cant connect either
I too cannot connect to PSM...neither the home page nor the clients login page...on two separate computer...for the past 2 days.
Anybody else seeing this?

We have our main web site, and our helpdesk, and our dns all on 3 different servers at 3 different datacenters. They are all monitored every minute and have still not detected any outage.
redkid sent us a traceroute and it stopped as soon as it reached the gnax datacenter. Please PM me a traceroute from your computer so I can review it and see what is going on.

| Access fixed
Problem has been fixed at PSM. Got through on Yahoo messenger and the guy fixed something internally. My IP used to be on a block of IP's that was considered a reserved network, which means it had not been used until recently. So they have removed this block.
