Rack 911

After lots of recommendations on here, I decided to check these guys out and filled their request a quote form out 4-5 days ago. Have received no response and after the checking the ticket it has been closed without response. Really annoyed and find that completely unprofessional. Won't be using them now and suggest other people look at other options.

What are your requirements?

Thank you for posting inaccurate information. I replied to your ticket this morning after you reopened it. Your original support request was submitted on "06 Nov 2009 06:35 AM" which was Friday. It is Sunday the 8th. Hardly 4 to 5 days ago. Sales requests have a low priority. Management customers and pending orders get our attention before new customers do. Thank you for your time.

We've made use of Stevens services before and never ran into any of the issues you described, as all of our tickets was responded to quickly and professionally...

Ok apologies. So 3-days. My gripe was with the ticket being closed. I would not have received a response had I not re-opened it.

AmishPatel Usually, Sales don't work on weekends unless it is a big organization. Steven is a great guy and I like his methodology of work with current customers/issues prior to engaging with Sales requests. As far as the ticket being closed without response, it could have been an issue with filtering on the help desk itself?

Posted by TheServerExperts, 11-09-2009, 11:55 AM
Or his helpdesk software as the feature to auto close ticket with no response in 72 hours, i know WHMCS has this feature.

The issue stands in the fact that I had black berry issues on Friday due to billing and several replies did not go out as I reply mostly from my blackberry to tickets. I don't check the sales section of the helpdesk manually often unless I need prior information so I over looked your ticket and it was auto closed.

Ok. I apologise for the thread in haste. I thought it had just been closed and over looked as it was low priority. My mistake.

Next time relax before making a thread on wht as it makes you look silly.

Posted by Steven, 11-10-2009, 07:34 PM
Yes we did get back to him. He has not responded to us if he wants the work done or not.

Hi Guys, Steven has got back to me promptly after this. I will be going ahead and using their services very soon. (I will reply soon Steven, just have to run the price by the finance guy for approval). Thanks.

Yes, they got back to me eventually and from the recommendations here, Steven is one of the trusted guys for his kind of work so I'd say yes. Have a search around though
