How far does the Google Translate works for Portuguese ? If it works good, then there are many companies out there to support Visit Wiki!

I can't understand Portuguese at all when its been translated by Google. Its all messed up and is an embarrassment
I say just stick with it or hire someone locally. (IMHO if I were in your shoes)

I am surprised you cannot find support in Portuguese. I have a good number of customer from Brazil and they seem to be part of a very growing market in that country.
As a sales person I usually use Google translate to understand what they ask of me, but I am lucky enough to have a co-worker from Brazil too.

This kind of setup usually works with a non-technical person onshore and a technical person offshore. The onshore person acts as a simple translator

If its hard to find Portugese support, I would recommend to have a onshore customer support and a offshore server management team.

If any of the support company will use google translate to provide support in portugese i guess you will have to pay more, So it will better to look for a local support company.

I don't yet have heard about the company that support in the Portuguese.
But you try to contact the companies and ask them if they can support,
You can find the more support companies on this link given below,

I think the best chance that you have would be finding them locally.
