| Hi
i have a story nice story it,s start ...
having problems with high load in my server
and i,m a newbie in server management ....
i,m loyal to all companys that i deal with if they treat me with respect ..
and in the past i was a clinet to webbycart.com to mange my server .. .. ..
last night the load hit 195 up and i can,t figure out how this happened and way ...
so i start googling to find a solution and nothing ....
so i did try to go back to webbycart.com and buy back my old management plan
but i can,t my master card have an issue i did call my bank to ask why but i still need to Waite 48 hours to use my credit card ...
so i went and ask webbycart.com for one thing to fix this without paying coz my bank wont allow it until 48 hours ...
after 15 minutes i was shocked why coz the answer was :
Sent to ******** on Nov/12/2009 10:53:50PM
Hi,
Invoice Generated. Just pay when ready. Provide your server login info and we
will look into your issues.

after a wail they sent me an update to my ticket
Sent to ******* on Nov/13/2009 11:12:01AM HI,
We have updated several services including apache and php, we also fixed some
issues. Load is stable and low now. Email us again if problem persist.

after that i wrote to them that i,m thankful for your help and trust about helping me without paying
they answer me again

| Great to hear for sure. I thought it was going to go downhill when I started reading this and I was worried for a second, but I'm glad it ended off well!
I used them at one point as one of our clients had special needs that they were able to manage and they were always kind and courteous.

| Nice! They spent maybe 10 or 15 minutes helping you out and now everyone else can see how helpful they can be. I wish other companies would do the same!
