TMZvps.. fast response, lousy support...

| When I started out with TMZ, they were very good. Fast and effective.
But lately their support have been bad. Not slow... just not helpful. Tickets would last for days with no solution on site. Clients can't view or login their website for days and all I ended up with is IP white listing and "can you check it now?" responses. Of course, the problem persist.
so stressed out.

| Have discussed this with their management staff? Tried to reach out Daniel through PM/Email?
What was his response on such situation?

been at the ticket helpdesk for 13 hours now. the ticket before lasted 3 days.

| Hi,
Your issues have been fixed. Unfortunately this was a cPanel error not ours so we had to work with them to get it resolved hence it took a bit longer.
