Reseller hosting company that offers free end-user support

Posted by Mystery777, 04-26-2014, 01:53 AM
Hello, for a new web design company intending to use reseller hosting for its clients, from a hosting company that also takes care of clients' support... which company would you recommend to go with? When it comes to resellers, a lot of names used to popup time ago: HostGator, ResellerZoom, ResellersPanel, GreenGeeks, HostPapa... etc. But since the relatively recent EIG updates, I'm not sure if things have significantly changed or not. I figure yes. So: based on your experience, what is the best reseller hosting nowadays, that also offers support for your clients? Thanks in advance for your inputs!

Most of the hosting providers on that list don't offer end user support in which they deal with your clients' queries directly, so I am not sure if you meant something else. However, if you are just looking for a hosting provider that you can direct your clients' queries to (i.e you are the middleman) then I am sure most decent providers would suffice. Is this a specific requirement to have, or are you alright with acting as the middleman between your clients and your provider?

I'd recommend Innohosting. They provide end user support.

Sorry.. correction: that list referred to only reseller.... but the main request is for reseller that also supports my clients directly. I should have clarified. Not really a middleman. I assume it'd be a lot of work when you have a big number of clients. Would better prefer a host that they can directly interact with, when they have issues with their sites, servers... etc.

Try skynethosting they offer great value I guess, and they offer free end user support.

Skynethosting offer free end user support with $5 One-time Fee. But they offer "FREE Premium Help Desk"

So Skynethosting's support can deal and respond directly to my clients' requests/tickets? Are their resellers packages and servers good? Any other suggestions, besides Skynethosting? I'm also looking for great quality.

Try to contact them via livechat. Their response is pretty good.

I just did before I read your message. Got the answers to my questions. They look ideal. Just want to know more from people who've actually used them.... also for possible other available alternatives, before joining them.

http://innohosting.com/ http://theprimehost.com/ http://www.ezpzhosting.com/ http://turnkeyinternet.com/ Those are a few providers that offer end-user support. I've actually had an account with the first two myself and both provided a solid services (this was a few years ago however). Hopefully this helps in your research, I'm sure there are many other providers offering this services as well.

We also recommend thePrimeHost from experience. Solid servers, good support and have a good reputation here on WHT. Bit of an outdated website (sorry prime host) but it's probably the only fault I can think of

Thank you and... "ouch?" I've been looking into a newer design. I appreciate your feedback!

I believe ResellersPanel provide end user support but I'm not sure how good their services are.

We use ResellersPanel to compliment our backup service which is our core business. The reason we are using ResellerPanel is because we have no intention in going into the web hosting business in the foreseeable future. Got to comfortable doing backups So it depends on both your short term and long term plan. Are you eventually wanting to enter into the web hosting business full steam ahead? If you do, then do not go with the turn key solution. Go with a reseller account, then a VPS, and scale up. If you just want to do web hosting as a way to market your own core business and have no intention whatsoever to actually enter into the web hosting arena, then go with the turn key solution like ResellersPanel. All the best!

Well there are two ways of doing this. Either resell from a company whitelabel and do all the support yourself. Or just do referrals and get commission on it. That way they do all the end user support.
