What kind of budget are you working with? Plenty of inexpensive providers with reviews here. But knowing your budget will help with recommendations from the community.

Any idea about the actual space and bandwidth you looking?

SkyNetHosting meets all the requirements you mentioned. They are pretty cheap and most of their reseller plans come with free WHMCS. Overselling is allowed as well and they have servers in many locations, including the US.

I need 50 Gb space first time which should not more than 15 USD

That might be difficult to achieve especially when you require the package to include WHMCS. You may want to consider raising your budget or decreasing your disk space requirements.

This would be pretty hard to accomplish for $15/month including a WHMCS license. It'd probably need to be at a larger provider to even accomplish a free WHMCS license, in which case you probably won't get the pricing you are looking for. I'd raise the budget or drop the WHMCS license requirement.

After my card did not get accepted at hostgator and bluehost, i went with inmotion hosting. Believe me this was the best choice ever. Just after my purchase hostgator and bluehost went down and customers were literally crying. Besides that inmotion has awesome support they have never let me down and have their own datacenters. Definitely recommended.

I would recommend looking up Site5.

I haven't heard of site5 but I'll have to check them out. I've seen their name a couple of times around.
For the best bang for your buck I like Bluehost. Just 4.95/month for unlimited domains and their customer service is pretty good.
If you are looking to upgrade even more you could try Dreamhost. 8.95/month but they have a 100% uptime guarantee!

Hi,
WHMCS will never be free, but what some hosts do is raise the price of their hosting to "include" it. For ex: would you rather pay $15 for a reseller plan without whmcs or $30 that includes it?

Just keep in mind that the InMotionHosting package is $13.99 for the first month only, pricing is $27.99 for every month thereafter. One-time promos are not unusual, but most hosts don't try to disguise the recurring prices like InMotion.

Yes as others said, you definitely need to up your budget. We need to understand its a paid software which is monthly licensed and come at a decent cost - $15.95 branded and $18.95 for unbranded.
Ofcourse what i would suggest you to talk to provider if they could offer you at a discounted price instead. That way you should get into a WIN-WIN deal rather than making things complicated and coming back here and throwing bad review saying you had lots of issues..
