1 Year We3Cares Review

Hello, Coming up on one year ago I was scheduled for major back surgery and needed to put in place reliable technical support for my clients. I had a reliable person to help me with my clients technical issues but would need additional personnel during my absence. I put together a list of all of the companies I could find that offered technical support for hosting companies. I contacted most of the companies on the list and after much research decided on we3cares. James at we3cares replied back immediately. His costs were fare and his personality made it quite easy for me to work with his company. I fully intended for the outsourced technical support from we3cares to last only as long as it would take for me to get back to work. Well, that was a year ago and I am still using them. I found that the free time I had as a result of allowing we3cares to continue supporting my technical support needs was more valuable than the cost of their support. I attribute the recent growth of Glitter Host as being the result of me having extra time to expand the company. In the last year Glitter Host has been able to offer both VPS accounts and Dedicated Servers in addition to our shared and reseller hosting. <> Glitter Host has both VPS and dedicated server clients and they all are supported by We3Cares technical support. Since We3Cares logs into and uses my helpdesk software I can keep an eye on my clients help requests to be sure their needs are handled in a fast and friendly manner. We3Cares does a great job at both! I can honestly recommend We3Cares to anyone who is considering outsourced support. I can also say that I don't feel any need to try to cover-up the fact that I am using outsourced technical help. The one measurement I use in determining whether or not my clients are getting adequate support is the fact that most sign up for additional accounts. Since most of my accounts are business people whose income depend on my company's ability to support them properly I feel that their loyalty speaks volumes about the support they receive. .
