I want to sell Windows VPSs on my collocation server. Is there software that I can tie into my website that will automatically create, remove and bill customers? How do small web hosting companies deploy VMs in minutes?

if you asking for solusvm vps, then its easy to integrate into website, you just need whmcs for billing or any other like hostbill or blesta etc, and get solusvm management script, then link solusvm to your whmcs, and setup them for automatic setup of vps, suspend, unsuspend, terminate etc. easy to use, 1 time setup only.

Do you currently have any billing software configured like WHMCS, Blesta, Hostbill, etc. etc.? If so you would just need SOlousVM which prices $10/month, I believe.

The answer is WebsitePanel (www.websitepanel.net).
You can install WebsitePanel on Hyper-V machine to create / manage your guest servers (Windows VPS). You can even setup cluster of Hyper-V machines and create / manage Windows VPS using a single WebsitePanel control panel.
WebsitePanel also offer usage reporting (RAM, HDD, CPU, etc...). You can use this reporting for billing purpose.
By making a combination of billing tools like WHMCS, control panel like WebsitePanel and Hyper-V, you can easily resell Windows VPS machines.

I talked to the people at SolusLabs that sounds very nice.
I'm looking into the WebsitePanel.. oh nice it's open source.. Now, that's something I could hook into my website right? where I can have an customer order and the VPS created within the hour?
