windows vps Freezing problem

hi Guys,
i have windows vps from contabo it's was working fine and very fast suddenly it's start freezing after 5 seconds from login i have tried to use another Pc to access without no success, and i have tried another windows vps from amazon and the problem happened too, the connection established but after moving the mouse and do some moving from 5 to 10 seconds the vps getting freezes
i can't figure out what is the problem i have tried so many solutions without no luck of success
solutions i have tried : using another pc, reinstall OS,using ubuntu, using another Rdp software, restart the modem

i have tried another vps from another host "amazon" and still the same problem

@ihabhamed, did you try checking your own internet connection? If you are having problem with two different servers, your internet connection could be dropping. Apart from this, you can try contacting to the hosting provider and check whether they are having any outage such as network. Also make sure your windows license is active.

Hello,
Can you please make sure that, is it the VPS server is getting freeze or your local system? Since as you said, you are facing same issue with different VPS servers. If it is your local system, first open the task manager before accessing the VPS and check whether any sudden hike in CPU or memory usage.
If it is VPS server, then do the same thing. Open your task manager straight away and check any sudden hike in CPU or memory usage.
And if it is your VPS server, then probably your server will go down. Please check that too.
