There are lots of VPS providers that can offer you a server that would fit your budget. You should check the VPS Offers section (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=104) or lowendbox (http://lowendbox.com/).

What specs are you looking for?

How much RAM, CPU cores and Bandwidth you need? Which location you are looking for your requirement VPS?

remember that a vps can increase in price if you need windows OS. For your price range a linux based vps would be best. A little more info into what RAM you need is also good, as that is what really increases a vps plan's price

I wouldn't go for the cheapest provider on the market. You'll most likely turn out working with an EIG company which definitely doesn't worth the bother. Some important things I would like to know are what CPU you're interested in, how much RAM do you think you'll need, bandwidth, preferred location and disk space.

I assume you mean 10$ to 12$/m / server. Are you planning to resell the servers or going to host your own websites on the same. If so, how are you planning to manage the servers? Need the servers with cPanel/WHM ?

You need to be more descriptive. Any favorite location? HDD/SATA, RAM, Bandwidth, CPUs? Unmanaged or managed?

Be specific about your needs, So that i can suggest you further.

1 domain name can be hosted on the dedicated server (and that could be not enough). And 1 domain name can be hosted on free hosting account (and that could be more then enough). Better calculate your needs in bandwidth/space then in number of domain names.

Do not know if that's cheap enough for you. But I liked buyvm.net Cheap prices and great support when needed.

You can surely get an unmanaged VPS for the budget which you have mentioned. But in the case of managed VPS the pricing will be higher, as managed servers mostly come with panels like Control Panel which alone cost $15/month.

Don't forget about payments you are willing to pay. Choosing a host is not so easy as there are tons of them claiming they are the best. You need to look at time-tested hosts (at least 5 years in the hosting market) that have nice reputation and good customer support care.

Before choosing a host, read reviews of it on as many review sites as possible. Contact their customers directly to know all drawbacks of the host you plan to sign up with.
