Non Virtual Server

Hello I am looking for a provider that hosts servers that are not virtulaized or ran on some kind of VM but looking for plans similar to a regular VPS. I know what VPS stands for but I not looking for a dedicated server just something small that I can test some application that are not able to be ran in a VM. Location does not matter at all but prices would be preferred to be under $30.
List:
Must not be vitalized
Specs are flexible
Location anywhere
Windows OS if possible

Well I would suggest you to check customized server hosting providers in the webhosting offers section and discuss your requirements with them. Your requirements are quite confusing and only few of them might be able to offer that kind of setup.

Maybe you should look for something what is called sem-dedicated? That is big shared hosting accounts.

I have read about a few specialty providers who host small specialized systems on the Internet - Mac minis, Raspberry Pis, etc. I looked at their websites out of curiosity, but it has probably been a year since I last looked. If one of them would meet your needs, try some web searches. Here is one example I found on a quick web search. I know nothing about them: https://raspberry-hosting.com

Yes there are some providers that do that. I haven't seen any of them on WHT though. I wouldn't think that it would be a primary service but more of a side service for them. If you do sign up with them make sure to leave a review here so we can see how they are.
