Wable Snapshots - anyone else having issues?
Posted by simon1066, 01-13-2016, 06:15 AM I wondered whether anyone else is unable to create snapshots on their Wable VPS account? Snapshots were working well until about a month ago, since then auto snapshots have stopped and I can no longer create manual snapshots. I ask as Wable's ticketing response seems have run out of steam on this issue.
Posted by weirdfella, 01-13-2016, 10:34 AM it probably still wouldn't be as fast as their ticket response, asking to fellas here with them. I am sure they'll take care of your ticket asap.

One of our nodes in Seattle was having issues with backups, but this has been corrected and code added to prevent the issue from happening again in future. I also believe that I have found your ticket and replied, but if you have further issues just let us know. Thanks for using Wable.
