Hello everybody. Have you ever had problem like this:
My VPS server hosted on KickAssVPS are down for 3 days. I am sending email messages to customer support, 911 support (support for server down only), sales, billing etc... Nowbody answers. I am calling by phone... but i am geting away message.
I stopped Google Adwords and other PPC campaigns. I am loosing my money, my business is stopped. But KickAssVPS staff doesn't answering.
I didn't beleive that I will have this situation ever. Have you ever had this situation? Is there any webhosting which doesn't answer for few days in case od server down?

Do you have a backup? 3 days is not a good thing and you need to put some kind of backup host.

This is certainly not good. As net suggested if you have a backup move on or else try to contact them via different channels such as twitter, facebook. I think, they might have less staff during weekends.

Yes, 3 days - it is very big period of downtime... and without any answer. I am searching for new hosting. I am trying to find hosting which is very stable and with good reviews. I am using KickAssVPS for years. Last year I have 2-5 hours of downtime every month without explanation why. Last 3 days my sites are offline without explanation.
Which Windows VPS is good? I see ************** is cheap and has many good reviews. Maybe good option is CloudVPS? Or something else?

HI
You say kickassVPS staff do not answer, do you have a ticket open with them right now? does it show open status and how long has it been since last reply (by either you or them)

Probably not as the company is banned here for violating rules at WHT

Oh yes, I have few tickets opened. No one answering. I am trying to call by phone but I am getting answer from answer machine. I just sent message to facebook. Weekend is not reason for 3 days offline without answer.

Problem is solved. Someone hack my server and installed malicious software.

It took you 3 days to get that answer. Unless there's a specific reason you need to be in Minneapolis, you should be looking for a new provider.

While you got your issue resolved , what was the delay in responding to your tickets?

^^^ My thoughts exactly. It took 3 days to let you know that your server was hacked?!?!?
1. Notepad
2. Pen
3. A list of NEW providers!!!!!!

Well I'm glad you got your server finally back up and the issue is resolved but taking 3 days to get back to you and let you know that's what happened doesn't seem very fair to you. Maybe you might want to think about moving to a different provider.
Have they explained as to what took them so long to figure out that's what happened with your server?

3 Days to respond, and the node getting hacked is quite unfortunate. I would be taking daily backups if I were you.
Edit: Was it your VPS or the entire node got compromised?
