Setting up Reverse DNS (rDNS) and PTR for VPS. Extra tags: nslookup dig in-addr.arpa

I have 2 VPS.
Both are running the latest WHM/Cpanel, CentOS 6.8.
Each VPS has 2 allocated IP addresses, 1 being the primary host name and will be used as the root/shared ip address. Additional dedicated IP will serve as its main domain.
Let's say for example my scenario is like this:
VPS 1
Domain: vpsmale.com -> 1.1.1.1
Host name: server.vpsmale.com -> 1.1.1.1
Name server 1: ns1.vpsmale.com -> 1.1.1.1
Name server 2: ns2.vpsmale.com -> 2.2.2.2
1.1.1.1.in-addr.arpa -> server.vpsmale.com
VPS 2
Domain vpsfemale.com -> 3.3.3.3
Host name: server.vpsfemale.com -> 3.3.3.3
Name server 1: ns1.vpsfemale.com -> 3.3.3.3
Name server 2: ns2.vpsfemale.com -> 4.4.4.4
3.3.3.3.in-addr.arpa -> server.vpsfemale.com
Do I have the correct setup and configuration so far? If yes, what should I do to get my rDNS/PTR for 2.2.2.2 and 4.4.4.4?
Should I create a subdomain with a live A record pointing to my primary IP? For example,
2.2.2.2.in-addr.arpa -> PTR -> anything.vpsmale.com -> A -> 1.1.1.1 or 2.2.2.2?
3.3.3.3.in-addr.arpa -> PTR -> anything.vpsfemale.com -> A -> 3.3.3.3 or 4.4.4.4?
Please explain in simple sentences since I'm not a native English speaker. Thanks a bunch!

The setup looks ifne to me. The rDNS on your NS2 IPs doesn't really matter much, I'd say either using your nameserver hostname for the record or the server's hostname would be fine.

You actually need to get the RDNS created for the hostname of the server with its IP , and you can get it done from the data center or provider with which your VPS is hosted. RDNS for name servers is not needed.
Just make sure you have DKIM installed configuration with proper SPF records and RDNS records.

Thanks for the explanation (I was warned by a mod for cross-posting). Anyway, I have another question regarding my nameserver setup above.
How do I know which IP to use as the name servers? I have 4 IPs, 2 host names and dedicated for main domain, and 2 more additional which is used as shared ip for my clients websites.
VPS1
ns1.domain.com = 1.1.1.1
ns2.domain.com = 2.2.2.2
VPS2
ns3.domain.com = 3.3.3.3
ns4.domain.com = 4.4.4.4
(OR)
VPS1 - domain1.com
ns1.domain.com = 1.1.1.1
ns2.domain.com = 2.2.2.2
VPS2 - domain2.com
ns1.domain.com = 1.1.1.1
ns2.domain.com = 2.2.2.2

You can use any 2 IPs that are not assigned to any domain (dedicated ). you can use shared IPs for name servers too but its recommended to keep the 2 separate IPs for name servers.

Hi, it's me again! I have 4 IPs. For example,
1.1.1.1
2.2.2.2
3.3.3.3
4.4.4.4
I have 2 DNS server + webserver + ftp + mail hosted on 1.1.1.1 and 3.3.3.3.
The IP 1.1.1.1 and 3.3.3.3 are dedicated IPs for abc.com and xyz.com while 2.2.2.2 and 4.4.4.4 are shared IPs for my clients websites.
I tried to make my nameservers as,
ns1.abc.com = 2.2.2.2
ns2.abc.com = 4.4.4.4
Then, when I checked on intodns or doing nslookup/dig one of my DNS failed it says... So, now I changed my record at my registrar as, (have to wait a few hours to propagate...)
ns1.abc.com = 1.1.1.1
ns2.abc.com = 2.2.2.2
I'm really confused which IPs should I use as the nameservers to serve my zone files. I have 3 domains (1 dedi + 2 shared) on my first server and 2 domains (1 dedi + 1 shared) on second server. :-(

Well there are few other settings that needs to be done in order to make sure your DNS is working properly. You look pretty confused with the set up you have so I will suggest to hire an expert who will get the things configured for you and since its too many things that need to be done the charges should be minimal and I guess that will be better for you .
