I am using Dreamhost VPS they are not providing SQL in VPS. they are giving shared VPS.
Any other good reasonable hosting which provides better options?

Never heard of shared VPS. That would be "shared" hosting, not a VPS.

I do not know what you mean,
Do you mean, The VPS you use can't be installed MySQL Server, if you need a database must use external databases provided dreamhost (shared database server)?

I believe, you've availed their MySQL VPS addon, that runs MySQL server on an isolated virtual server with its own dedicated resources. Note that it's free only for first week.

In case you don't wish to pay extra, you can always install MySQL server in your VPS.
