Looking for Managed VPS - Perhaps OVH?

Hello there!
I'm looking for a managed VPS (as a step up from individually buying Games & web services from hosting companies). I was looking at OVH VPS Cloud Ram package #1 (perhaps 2) but as it looks like you've got to pay £20+ for a windows license for access to the standard windows GUI I'm not sure that's a good step for me. I have zero experiences with linux so I was hoping for something windows related but that seems to be not happening. I'm not fussed with CPanel, I believe there's free alternatives that do essentially the same thing.
This VPS would be used for:
1) 24/7 Teamspeak 3 Server
2) XenForo Community Forums
3) Small 24/7 Minecraft Server (5-10 players on at one time, bukkit but no intensive plugins)
4) Elite-Force Server, It's a game from 2002-2003 that will most likely be hardly intensive at all.

Not sure the VPS from OVH is managed? Did you verify this too?

I thought OVH sells only unmanaged VPS.

Unfortunately, after a quick google search it looks like they only sell unmanaged, just like you said.
Do I go ahead and buy a VPS from OVH, even if it is unmanaged? Bare in mind I have no history with managing a VPS and I'm clueless at Linux and Windows without a GUI.

If you are not good at unmanaged, better not try. You can get a managed one for Linode or Digital Ocean easily.

There is additional cost for managing vps from them.

Most providers charge extra for managed VPS compared to unmanaged.
