Can anyone recommend me some good companies that provide support over the weekend too?
If they have a control panel for their customers to easily configure rDNS/PTR themselves is an added advantage. Also, a free DNS management wouldn't hurt.
I'm willing to pay an extra $10 or so if they can provide me with 4 IPs (ipv6 isn't necessary); just make sure the IPs are not in any blacklisting databases and included with WHM/cPanel license. I don't plan to resell but will be used as personal websites/projects for my clients.
I'm currently hosted by various companies VPSd**e, VPSc***p, T***4VPS but pings to Lithuana, Europe are just 300-500ms from my area here. They have really cheap packages, been with them since 2014 until now with good payment records. I can screenshot my invoices to prove you as long as you are willing to host me!
I've searched all over LEB, Google, WHT, but still nothing impress me so far. Especially with poor bandwidth limitation. I need around 8-10TB/month or better yet unlimited/unmetered.
Edit: Forgot to mention, just offer me the specs and I will look around. There are some generous companies giving out 180-320GB HDD but has 40mbps i/o and inode limitation, seriously just a big turn off for me. I know SSD will be more expensive but just try and offer me so I can make up my mind.

Hosts are not allowed to give you offers so you 'll need to do your research yourself. You are looking for 8+TB bandwidth and you mention 180+GB SSD drives. I can tell you that you will not get that much SSD space at a quality host for your price range. VPS hosting is still shared hosting and you will have some limits, have you considered getting a dedicated server?

I was actually saying 180GB HDD and not SSD. That would be quite a ridiculous price to begin with.
Yes, I was looking at some WholeSaleInternet cheap dedicated server offers but considering the cPanel/WHM license for dedicated is more expensive, I better go for VPS instead.
I quit WHMCS for good and now opt for the cheaper Blesta. So, VPS + 5 IPs + cPanel + Blesta would cost me nearly $70 already. I'm considering to go with open source like Froxlor and BoxBilling but they are just not as powerful as the paid one.
